20% deposit required to confirm booking, balance payable within 7 days of stay.Deposit fully refundable provided the property is able to be relet for the booked period.. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Please note that clients booking this holiday home must be a minimum of 18 years of age. However we are a family friendly accommodation.

No pets
Non smoking accommodation (guests are welcome to smoke outside the holiday home where ash trays are available)

Rates

High season, $1050p night for 4 adults ( $50 per extra adult )(December 1st – April 30th)
Low season, $950p night for 4 adults ( $50 per extra adult)(March 1st – November 30th)

Minimum stay of 3 nights applies.

In-house Millbrook golf privileges
Unlimited scheduled transfers between Queenstown or Arrowtown and Millbrook Resort**
use of our health and fitness facility including:
- Two outdoor spa pools

- Saunas
- Tennis courts

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers between Queenstown airport and the resort can be arranged through our reservations dept. Transfers are charged per person as follows:

$20 per adult each way, $10 per child (under 12 yrs of age),
