Do you appreciate a really good glass of wine? The local area is world famous for its Pinot Noirs, Pinot Gris and Reislings. There are a host of wineries offering everything from tastings and bottle sales to full lunches and meals. You can drive yourself or go on a wine tour.
Trout Fishing
There is some fantastic trout fishing in the local streams and lakes, with decent sized Brown and Rainbow Trout to be caught. The lakes are open all year around, most other waterways are seasonal (license required).
